DAILY RENTAL: $180 Per Night, 4 Night Minimum on all Holidays

INSURANCE: We'll help you to request a binder provided by your insurance company or you can sign onto our insurance for $15 Per Day of Rental
DEPOSITS
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: $500 or ½ of the rental estimate necessary to secure reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Minimum $1000 (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.
OTHER POSSIBLE / OPTIONAL CHARGES
MILEAGE CHARGE: .32 cents per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
GENERATOR CHARGE: 3 hours per day free, then $3 per hour additional.
CLEANING CHARGE: $250 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior.
DUMP CHARGES: $20 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
HOUSEKEEPING KIT: $150 if rented with basic linen and kitchen items.
FUEL TANK: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
PROPANE TANK: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
TOWING: $85.00, inquire about weight restrictions.
OPTIONAL AMENITIES: (inquire for pricing) Grill, Camp Chairs, Bike Rack, Selection of DVD's, Car Seat, Stroller, Cooler, Firewood, Tie Downs, and Easy Up Shade.
LATE FEE: Return the motorhome by the agreed time or 15.00 per hour late fee.
CANCELLATION: If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental $100 is forfeited. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
